BURIAL AND CREMATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2018 (S.R. 2018, NO. 86) - REG 11

Regulation 47 amended (Duty of cemetery manager on removal of monument)

Regulation 47 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting the following penalty after paragraph (b) in subregulation (3) :
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
(b) by inserting the following penalty after paragraph (b) in subregulation (4) :
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
