CORONERS RULES 2006 (S.R. 2006, NO. 51) - REG 19

Forms of evidence that may be accepted in inquest

A coroner may accept evidence given or produced at or for the purposes of an inquest in any of the following forms:
(a) oral evidence given under oath at the inquest;
(b) evidence tendered by deposition or affidavit;
(c) documentary or other evidence tendered as an exhibit.
