EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order, made under the Dog Control Act 2000 , specifies the species of wildlife Eudyptula minor (commonly known as the Little Penguin) to be sensitive wildlife and specifies certain coastal areas at Stanley, Low Head, Bicheno and Wynyard/Ulverstone to be sensitive areas in relation to that sensitive wildlife.
