ENERGY CO-ORDINATION AND PLANNING ORDER 2019 (S.R. 2019, NO. 90) - REG 3
Interpretation
(1) In this order – Act means the Energy Co-ordination and
Planning Act 1995 .
(2) The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the
interpretation of this order as if this order were by-laws.
