PART 6 - Decommissioning of Storage Systems
Division 1 - Decommissioning of storage system
Application of Division
This Division does not apply to a storage system in respect of any period
of not more than 6 months in which the storage system is not in use
because – (a) a component of the storage system is being repaired or
replaced in accordance with regulation 11 ; or
(b) leak investigation
under regulation 16 , or an environmental site assessment in accordance
with Part 5 , is being carried out.
