EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the regulation)
These regulations –(a) prescribe certain records for the purposes of section 22 of the Education Providers Registration (Overseas Students) Act 1991 ; and(b) prescribe the fees payable for certain applications under that Act; and(c) are made consequentially on the repeal of the Education Providers Registration (Overseas Students) Regulations 1992 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
