(1)  For the purpose of section 49(c) of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 , the prescribed fee is 110 fee units, inclusive of GST.

(2)  For the purposes of subregulation (1) , GST has the same meaning as in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth.

These regulations –

(a) prescribe the fee for making a complaint under the Economic Regulator Act 2009 ; and

(b) are made consequent on the repeal of the Economic Regulator Regulations 2010 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
