FISHERIES (GENERAL AND FEES) REGULATIONS 2006 (S.R. 2006, NO. 34) - REG 19
Industry levy
A levy payable by a person under section 279 of the Act is due and payable
when the person applies for or renews a licence under which an activity to
which the levy relates is undertaken.
