After rule 51 of the Principal Rules , the following rule is inserted in Part 4:

51A.     Over-catch more than 30%

Nothing in rule 50 or 51 is to be taken as preventing any proceedings or actions from being taken against the holder of a fishing licence (abalone dive) in respect of an over-catch in excess of 30% of the licence holder's quota limit.
