(1)  The Secretary may, from time to time, after consultation with the relevant fishing body –

(a) determine the market value of mackerel; and

(b) determine the market value of bycatch for the purposes of these rules; and

(c) publish the determination –

(i) in the Gazette ; or

(ii) on a website, maintained by or on behalf of the Government, that is accessible by members of the public; or

(iii) in a newspaper circulating in the State.

(2)  A determination under subrule (1) has effect from the date on which the notice is published until the determination is revoked or a further determination is made under subrule (1) .
