FISHERIES (SCALLOP) RULES 2020 (S.R. 2020, NO. 52) - REG 32

Carrying copy of licence

The holder of a fishing licence (scallop) must, during a fishing trip, keep a copy of that licence on the fishing vessel used for that fishing trip.
Penalty: Grade 2 penalty.
