HOMEBUILDER GRANTS (AMENDMENT OF ACT) ORDER 2020 (S.R. 2020, NO. 83) - REG 10

Section 13 amended (Eligible transaction for Tasmanian HomeBuilder grant)

Section 13(1)(d) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting "than –" and substituting "than 6 months after the day on which the contract is made; and" ;
(b) by omitting subparagraphs (i) and (ii) .
