LEGAL PROFESSION REGULATIONS 2018 (S.R. 2018, NO. 66) - REG 12
Division 3 - Incorporated legal practices and multi-disciplinary partnerships
Prohibition on conduct of managed investment scheme by incorporated legal practice
Section 113(2) of the Act is declared to be a Corporations legislation
displacement provision for the purposes of section 5G of the
Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth in relation to the Corporations
legislation.
