LEGAL PROFESSION REGULATIONS 2018 (S.R. 2018, NO. 66) - REG 30
Direction for non-deposit of trust money in general trust account
For the purposes of section 242(3) of the Act, the prescribed period for which
a written direction referred to in section 242(1)(a) of the Act is to be kept
is 7 years after finalisation of the matter to which the direction relates.
