(1) The president or vice-president may convene a meeting of the executive committee.(2) The quorum at any meeting of the executive committee is 3 members.(3) A question arising at a meeting of the executive committee is determined by a majority of votes of the Full Members present and voting.(4) The president is to preside at all meetings of the executive committee.(5) If the president is not present at a meeting of the executive committee, the vice-president is to preside at that meeting.(6) In the absence of both the president and the vice-president, a member of the executive committee chosen by the Full Members present at that meeting of the executive committee is to preside.(7) The person presiding at a meeting of the executive committee has a deliberative vote only and, in the event of an equality of votes, the motion is taken to be lost.(8) A resolution which, without being considered at a meeting of the executive committee, is referred to all members of the committee by the president or vice-president and of which a majority of the members indicate to the president or vice-president that they are in favour is valid as if it had been passed at a meeting of the executive committee.
