EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations –
(a) prescribe fees and charges for the purposes of the Marine Farming Planning Act 1995 ; and
(b) provide for the remission or exemption from payment of those fees and charges; and
(c) prescribe offences for which infringement notices may be issued; and
(d) prescribe penalties for those offences.
