Regulation 45 of the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after subregulation (1) the following subregulation:

(1A)  A plumber on whom a direction to uncover plumbing work is served must comply with the direction.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units and an additional fine not exceeding 10 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues.
