PRIMARY PRODUCE SAFETY (EGG) REGULATIONS 2014 (S.R. 2014, NO. 151) - REG 12

Requirement for accreditation

It is a requirement for accreditation under this egg food safety scheme that the applicant for the accreditation –
(a) has made appropriate arrangements to comply with the requirements of the Act and this egg food safety scheme; or
(b) proposes to make appropriate arrangements to comply with the requirements of the Act and this egg food safety scheme and has the capacity to make those arrangements.
