After regulation 9 of the Principal Regulations , the following regulation is inserted:

9A.     Prescribed amounts for purposes of certain sections of Act

(1)  For the purpose of section 20(1) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $60 000.

(2)  For the purpose of section 20(4)(a) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $65 000.

(3)  For the purpose of section 20A(1) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $20 000.

(4)  For the purpose of section 20A(5) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $25 000.

(5)  For the purpose of section 32(1)(y) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $20 000.

(6)  For the purpose of section 34(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $20 000.

(7)  For the purpose of section 56(c) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $20 000.

(8)  For the purpose of section 63(1) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $20 000.

(9)  For the purpose of section 74(1) of the Act, the prescribed amount is $60 000.

These regulations amend the Public Trustee Regulations 1999 by providing amounts for the purposes of sections 20(1) and (4)(a) , 20A(1) and (5) , 32(1)(y) , 34(1)(b) , 56(c) , 63(1) and 74(1) of the Public Trustee Act 1930 .
