Proclamation under the Local Government Amendment Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Local Government Amendment Act 2005 fix 1 July 2006 as the day on which section 156 of that Act commences.
