Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting item 4 from Part 1 and substituting the following item:

4.    The North-East Line (being the railway running from Coldwater Creek junction to Lilydale Falls).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This order removes, from the rail network under the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 , the part of the North-East Line railway which forms, under the Strategic Infrastructure Corridors (Strategic and Recreational Use) Act 2016 , the strategic infrastructure corridor known as the North East Corridor, from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah, designated on Plan 10396 in the Central Plan Register.
