Regulation 19 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting the definition of approved disposal site from subregulation (1) ;

(b) by omitting from subregulation (2)(a) " regulations 20 , 21 , 22 and 23 " and substituting "this Part" ;

(c) by omitting from subregulation (3)(c) " regulations 20 , 21 , 22 and 23 " and substituting "this Part" .
