RADIATION PROTECTION REGULATIONS 2006 (S.R. 2006, NO. 37) - REG 14

Consignor's responsibilities

A consignor must comply with clause 2.8 of the Safe Transport Code in relation to the consignment of radioactive material.
Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 250 penalty units.
