REGISTRATION TO WORK WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (S.R. 2020, NO. 93) - REG 10

Regulation 4E amended (Exemption for persons engaged in child-related activity – religious services)

Regulation 4E of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting " section 15(3)(p) " and substituting "section 15(2)(d)" ;
(b) by omitting "regulated" three times occurring.
