REGISTRATION TO WORK WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2020 (S.R. 2020, NO. 93) - REG 11

Regulation 4F amended (Exemption for persons engaged in child-related activity – clubs, associations, &c.)

Regulation 4F of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting " section 15(3)(p) " and substituting "section 15(2)(d)" ;
(b) by omitting "regulated" first occurring;
(c) by omitting from paragraph (a) "regulated" ;
(d) by omitting from paragraph (b) "regulated" ;
(e) by omitting from paragraph (c) "regulated" ;
(f) by omitting from paragraph (d) "regulated" .
