EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014 by –

(a) providing for the incorporation of matters relating to the National Disability Insurance Scheme of the Commonwealth; and

(b) updating the list of infringement notice penalties in Schedule 2; and

(c) making other minor miscellaneous amendments consequential on the commencement of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Amendment Act 2019 .
