SUPREME COURT AMENDMENT RULES 2006 (S.R. 2006, NO. 25) - REG 7

Rule 267 amended (Delivery of defence to counterclaim, reply and subsequent pleadings)

Rule 267 of the Principal Rules is amended as follows:
(a) by omitting from subrule (1) "14 days" and substituting "21 days" ;
(b) by omitting from subrule (2) "6 days" and substituting "21 days" .
