The area of land designated on Plan 10396 in the Central Plan Register to be land within a corridor is –

(a) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and

(b) assigned the name “North East Corridor from Lilydale Falls to Tonganah”.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953 .
