These regulations amend the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2001 by –(a) prescribing further offences as offences for which infringement notices may be served under the Traffic Act 1925 ; and(b) prescribing penalties for those offences; and(c) making minor statute law revision.
