TRAFFIC (COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2006 (S.R. 2006, NO. 120) - REG 4

Schedule 2 amended (Traffic infringement notice offences)

Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:
(a) by inserting the following definition after the definition of DLVR in clause 1 of Part 1 :
LHCIR means Luxury Hire Car Industry Regulations 2000 ;
(b) by inserting the following definition after the definition of MALC in clause 1 of Part 1 :
PTA means Passenger Transport Act 1997 ;
(c) by omitting the definition of TIR from clause 1 of Part 1 ;
(d) by inserting the following definitions after the definition of TA in clause 1 of Part 1 :
TIR means Taxi Industry Regulations 1996 ;
TLHCIA means Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Act 1995 ;
(e) by omitting the following item
