TAXI AND HIRE VEHICLE INDUSTRIES (REVIEW OF DECISIONS) REGULATIONS 2019 (S.R. 2019, NO. 73) - REG 7
Withdrawal of applications
(1) An application for review of an administrative decision may be
withdrawn at any time.
(2) An application is taken to have been
withdrawn if the applicant fails to comply with a notice under
regulation 6(4) within 28 days after the applicant was given the notice.
