For the purposes of section 4(4) of the TT-Line Gaming Act 1993 , the prescribed fee is 100 fee units.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations  –

(a) prescribe the fee payable, under section 4(4) of the TT-Line Gaming Act 1993 , by a State shipping company for the issue of a gaming licence; and

(b) are made consequentially on the repeal of the TT-Line Gaming Regulations 2004 under section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992 .
