VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (DRIVER LICENSING AND VEHICLE REGISTRATION) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2014 (S.R. 2014, NO. 71) - REG 11
Regulation 140 amended (Medical examinations)
Regulation 140(1) of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by
omitting from paragraph (a) " Assessing Fitness to Drive for Commercial and
Private Vehicle Drivers September 2003 " and substituting " Assessing Fitness
to Drive for Commercial and Private Vehicle Drivers March 2012 " ;
(b) by
omitting from paragraph (b) " Assessing Fitness to Drive for Commercial and
Private Vehicle Drivers September 2003 " and substituting " Assessing Fitness
to Drive for Commercial and Private Vehicle Drivers March 2012 " .
