Regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting in paragraph (b) "or a substantially equivalent law of another jurisdiction" after " Road Rules 2009 " ;

(b) by inserting in paragraph (c) "or a substantially equivalent law of another jurisdiction" after " Road Rules 2009 " ;

(c) by inserting in paragraph (d) "or a substantially equivalent law of another jurisdiction" after " Road Rules 2009 " ;

(d) by inserting in paragraph (e) "or a substantially equivalent law of another jurisdiction" after " regulation 12(9) " ;

(e) by inserting in paragraph (f) "or a substantially equivalent law of another jurisdiction" after " regulation 13(2) " .
