VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC (REVIEW OF DECISIONS) REGULATIONS 2000 (S.R. 2000, NO. 151) - REG 7
Time within which applications to be made
(1) An application is to be lodged with the reviewing authority within
28 days after notice is given to the applicant under regulation 5 .
(2) A reviewing authority may consider a late application if satisfied
that it would be fair to do so.
