Despite clause 5(b)(ii) and clause 9(b)(ii) , a B-double or truck and dog trailer combination equipped with one or more road-friendly suspension systems may have an aggregate axle mass limit calculated in accordance with this Part if the vehicle or combination is operating on a road shown in Schedule 4 .
