EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation)

These regulations amend the Valuation of Land Regulations 2002 by –

(a) removing the forms prescribed for the purposes of the Valuation of Land Act 2001 so that they may be replaced with forms approved by the Valuer-General; and

(b) providing that the fees specified in those regulations are GST inclusive.
