A person must not, in Wellington Park –

(a) deposit or leave the carcass, or any part of the carcass, of any animal; or

(b) deposit, discharge or leave any offal, filth, dung or other noxious or polluting matter or thing.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
