MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 33.01

This Order applies to a proceeding under any of the following—

        (a)     under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 ;

        (b)     under the Accident Compensation Act 1985 ;

        (c)     under the Workers Compensation Act 1958 ;

        (d)         in which the plaintiff claims damages for, or otherwise claims in respect of, bodily injury.
