ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 146
Definitions
After section 5(2) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 insert —
"(2A) A reference in this Act to the Authority is
to be construed as a reference to WorkSafe Victoria.".
