BUILDING AMENDMENT (ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER MEASURES) ACT 2017 (NO. 21 OF 2017) - SECT 37
Amendment or cancellation of certain building orders
After section 116(3) of the Building Act 1993 insert —
"(4) The relevant building surveyor must inform
the owner in writing without delay of the relevant building surveyor's
decision under subsection (2).".
