CRIMES AMENDMENT (REPEAL OF SECTION 19A) ACT 2015 (NO. 17 OF 2015) - SECT 4

    (1)     Clause 2(c)(iii) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 is repealed .

    (2)     After clause 2(d) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 insert —

    "(da)     an offence against section 19A (intentionally causing a very serious disease) of the Crimes Act 1958 repealed by section 3 of the Crimes Amendment (Repeal of Section 19A) Act 2015 ;".

    (3)     Clause 3(b)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 is repealed .

    (4)     After clause 3(c) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 insert —

    "(ca)     an offence against section 19A (intentionally causing a very serious disease) of the Crimes Act 1958 repealed by section 3 of the Crimes Amendment (Repeal of Section 19A) Act 2015 ;".

    (5)     In clause 3(d) of Schedule 1 to the Sentencing Act 1991 , for "(c)" substitute "(ca)".
