CONSUMER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 32 OF 2020) - SECT 15
New section 27AA inserted
After the heading to Part 5 of the Retirement Villages Act 1986 insert

" 27AA Definition
In this
Part—
"appointed person" means a person appointed by an order under section 31A to
execute the order.".
