DISABILITY ACT 2006 (NO 23 OF 2006) - SECT 238

Firearms Act 1996

In section 183(1) of the Firearms Act 1996 for "section 16 of the Intellectually Disabled Persons' Services Act 1986 " substitute "section 39 of the Disability Act 2006 ".
