DUTIES AMENDMENT (LANDHOLDER) ACT 2012 (NO. 38 OF 2012) - SECT 19

    (1)     In section 201S(3) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 , for "land rich landowner" (where twice occurring) substitute "landholder".

    (2)     In the second example at the foot of section 201S of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 for "land rich" substitute "private".
