Proceedings for breaches of a provision of this Law, the Regulations or the Rules that are not offences
21.1 Section 61(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the
NEL applies as a law of Victoria as if for the words "relevant participant"
(wherever occurring in those subsections) there were substituted
"person".
