ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2004 (NO 75 OF 2004) - SECT 14

Amendment of section 27—Supplier of last resort

    (1)     In sections 27(7)(b), 27(11) and 27(13) of the Electricity Industry Act 2000 for "determined" substitute "specified".

    (2)     In section 27(8) of the Electricity Industry Act 2000 for "determines" substitute "specifies".

    (3)     In section 27(12) of the Electricity Industry Act 2000 for "determination" substitute "specification".
