    The long title for the Bill for this Act was "A Bill for an Act to amend the Fisheries Act 1995 to establish a scheme to phase out commercial net fishing in Port Phillip Bay, to provide for a limited non-net fishery to operate there on and after 1 April 2022 and to compensate persons whose fishery licences are surrendered under, or affected by, the scheme and for other purposes."
