FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AMENDMENT (FREEDOM OF INFORMATION COMMISSIONER) ACT 2012 (NO. 6 OF 2012) - SECT 8
Forms of access
After section 23(1)(b) of the Principal Act insert —
"(ba) publication to an Internet site established
by the Minister for that purpose in accordance with the regulations;".
