HERITAGE (WORLD HERITAGE) ACT 2004 (NO 105 OF 2004) - SECT 4
Functions of the Heritage Council
After section 8(1)(b) of the Heritage Act 1995 insert —
"(ba) to adopt, and forward to the Minister, World
Heritage Strategy Plans and amendments to World Heritage Strategy Plans;".
