HEALTH PROFESSIONS REGISTRATION (REPEAL) ACT 2012 (NO. 27 OF 2012) - SECT 14
Minister to approve scope of prescribing rights or supply of poisons
In section 14A(3) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981
omit "a responsible board continued or established under the Health
Professions Registration Act 2005 or".
